General Managers, Regional Team & Corporate Staff who have retired from Marriott.

How do I purchase my event ticket?

Will the event tickets be based on two-night attendance?

Yes. This is to meet the hotel Food & Beverage minimums for hosting the event.

How do I book a room at the special event rate?

The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa has provided a special link. Go to Hotel Room Block for more information.

Will the special room rate be available outside of the event dates?

Yes, the negotiated rate will be available Thursday, October 31 through Sunday night, November 3. The number of shoulder night rooms may be limited based on hotel occupancy, so it is best to book early. Go to Hotel Room Block to learn more.

I purchased event souvenirs. When will I get my order?

All merchandise and souvenir items ordered through this store will be delivered direct to consumer. All items ship FREE! Shop now.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are specific to the product types. 

Event Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy:

100% refund minus $50 processing fee if canceled before September 1, 2024.

50% refund if canceled by October 18, 2024.

No refunds for cancelations on or after October 19, 2024.

Event Merchandise and Souvenir Cancellation and Refund Policy:

100% refund minus $10 processing fee if canceled before September 1, 2024.

No refunds for cancelations starting September 1, 2024.
